How do I start an RMA (return) process?

Starting an RMA
 

To start an RMA, make sure you have the following

·         The name of your company
·         The original invoice number (If applicable)
·         The model number or part number of the unit(s)
·         The serial number(s) of the units

Receiving an RMA number

·         Call AZT at (949) 336-6666
·         Give the technician the information so they can start the RMA process
.         Important - if you return a product without RMA number to AZT, it may be lost or mis-handled and you will be financially responsible for the product
